Spiritual + Relational Health Assessment
It's not always easy to tell what's going on inside of us.
- Gain a better understanding of what’s going on in your spiritual life
- Discover how you’re showing up (or not) in your marriage and/or friendships
- Identify specific ways you can grow and deepen your relationships
How the Assessment Works
This sophisticated assessment uses two measuring tools:
- The Spiritual Well-Being Scale by Raymond F. Paloutzian and Craig W. Ellison
- The Functional Idiographic Assessment Template (FIAT) System by Glenn M. Callaghan
When you visit the assessment page, you’ll be asked to answer 52 questions about yourself. Your confidential answers will give you an honest look at what you’re doing well, and where you can grow.
As soon as you’ve completed the survey, you’ll be emailed a PDF report with your results. It’ll tell you where you fall on the two scales and highlight which components are most impacting your score.
Keep in mind that this report is entirely based on your self-reporting. As such, there are no “right” or “wrong” answers to these questions. The report will only be helpful if you answer what is true for you right now.
What to Do with Your Report
1.
Once you have your results, we encourage you to sit and reflect with them. Ask yourself questions like:
What does this report confirm that I already sensed was true?
What parts of this report surprise me?
Which component feels most important for me to focus on right now?
2.
If you’d like greater clarity about your results, schedule a complimentary coaching call with us. We’d love to help you interpret your assessment and chart a path forward.
3.
If you’re preparing to do personal work with Plumline, this assessment will spark a helpful conversation with your facilitator. You and they can review your results to identify opportunities for growth and guide your focus.
