living with heart

A program to find the peace you’re longing for.

A lot of life's implosions and explosions happen because you've learned to dismiss your own heart.

So many of us have been raised to believe that our feelings are an obstacle – or even an enemy – to true spiritual work.

That is not true.

How can you experience deep and connected relationships with God and with others if you are disconnected to what is true inside of you?

Your heart is not simply the realm of emotional intelligence and mental health: it is the place where all your true wants and needs reside. Connecting to your heart is critical if you want to live an abundant life.

Your heart is essential for deeper life, love, and leadership.

Our LIVING WITH HEART program takes you on a journey to rescue, reconnect, and start to nourish your heart. Along the way, you will:

  • Identify the feelings that are true inside of you and grow your capacity to honor them
  • Learn where and how you began to dismiss your heart
  • Confront lies that emerged from your wounding experiences and got embedded in your operating system

You will finish the program with new emotional skill sets, relational tools, and fresh truth in the place of those core lies that have been holding you back.

You will gain everything you need to care for your own heart, equipping you to experience lasting connection with God, with others, and with yourself.

FAQs

What is the format of the Living with Heart program?

The LIVING WITH HEART program is delivered in a process group-style format. We offer two options:

  • 6-month cohorts where participants come together twice per month and also have an additional 1:1 with the program facilitator
  • Weekend retreats (Thursday evening through Sunday morning)

The same material is covered in both formats: the only difference is how long it will take you to go through the program.

Very little. There will be times when you are asked to do some reflective writing, but there is not a lot of “homework” outside of cohort.
